All About Nix

Nicole du Plessis was born on the 13th of March 2006 in Johannesburg, South Africa. She started singing at the age of 5 years, but has always had a passion for music. She enjoys modern, ballet and tap dance as well as modelling and acting. When she was 7, she performed as Gretl in the theatre adaptation of Andrew Lloyd Webber's " The Sound of Music" and has loved being on stage ever since. In 2016, Nicole got invited to perform at "Sanremojunior", a music festival in italy, followed by "Angel Voice" competition in Serbia. She then had the honor of being a cast member in the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical "Evita", after which she played the role of Brigitta in The Sound Of Music. She competed in the 2019 Sanremojunior festival in italy and won the "Prix" award.
